Transition

We have an excellent relationship with our friends at Pen Coch and there is a transition plan put into place at the beginning of each year. School works closely with the staff to develop lots of lovely activitie and opportunities for pupils to come together and become familiar with our school. Please check out our information booklet for more information. 

Mrs Breeze and Mrs Harwood have the opportunity to meet parents at Pen Coch in November for their transition review.

Admissions for Maes Hyfryd, please see our Admissions Policy. We do request new parents to contact the local authority. We do not arrange visits to school unless directed by our Inclusion Officer.
